SPH stands for sphere, indicating myopia (nearsightedness) or hyperopia (farsightedness). The 'CYL' and 'Axis' are required for astigmatism.
The "+" sign in SPH refers to farsightedness, while the "-" sign refers to nearsightedness. Double-check that you have selected the correct sign.

I began the process by attempting to order zenni for the meta. These from vr-Rock are SO MUCH BETTER than the competitors. Why? Blue block, real prescription for the lenses and magnetic (zenni doesn’t offer this). You want magnetic if someone ever wants to try out your headset - quick removal so they can see. Also quick removal to clean. The script was so great on my headset I’m now going to get glasses with the new script too! I couldn’t believe how much better it was. And now I can go to sleep easily after playing - no blue light keeping me up! Highly recommended!!!

I love my new prescription lenses form VR-Rock. Not having to wear glasses in VR is so much better and comfortable than I expected. The lenses themselves (without magnets) are super easy to install on my Quest 3 and don't come off easily. Recently got PSVR2 with PC adaptor and after watching a Jammyhero video his sponsored link took me to VR-Rock. I decided to get some prescription lenses for my new headset. Oh my why didn't I do this sooner! It's so much more comfortable not having to stuff my face and glasses inside the headset. Order process with VR-Rock was simple typing in my prescription. I upgraded to magnetic lenses as this made sense since I like to share VR experiences with friends that don't wear glasses or have my prescription. Got these so I don't have to wear my glasses while in VR. These work perfectly and helped me to actually find the sweet spot on my PS VR2. Much, much clearer than with my glasses and way more comfortable.
Install was easy and the magnetic option means they're easy to remove if someone else wants to use the HMD.
