SPH stands for sphere, indicating myopia (nearsightedness) or hyperopia (farsightedness). The 'CYL' and 'Axis' are required for astigmatism.
The "+" sign in SPH refers to farsightedness, while the "-" sign refers to nearsightedness. Double-check that you have selected the correct sign.

VR-Rock was one of only a couple of Quest 3 prescription lens manufacturers who could accommodate my extremely strong prescription and were the only one able to do so for a reasonable cost. It did take longer to process my order but any queries I had were answered promptly and the lenses were delivered without issue and matched my prescription exactly. Makes a huge difference in comfort while using the headset and removes the risk of my glasses scratching the headset lenses. The magnetic connections also make it very easy to swap between headset users without having to fiddle around with the regular inserts.
I can absolutely recommend VR-Rock and will keep using them myself for any future headsets!
Ordered these prescription lenses for my VR headset. High quality glass, coated with anti-fog and blue light blocking. They're magnet mounted with a nominal cut away for nose area. The stay mounted no matter the amount of movement and have really changed my VR experience. Colors are more vibrant and clarity is amazing! They prevent me from scratching my headset lenses and brought a whole new experiance while gaming. I will buy these again if the need arises. Very happy with the purchase

They’re great. I’d never use my headset without prescription lens ever again.
Once I sent in the correct prescription, I received new lenses in less than two weeks. Easy to install and make my PS5 VR much less blurry. Make sure you send your distance prescription!
